Terms of service

Welcome to South of Settled, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing from our site, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Fulfillment

Many of our items are made to order. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days before shipping unless a product listing or current announcement says otherwise.

Because production may begin quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production starts. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help if we still can.

2. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is explicitly offered.

3. Shipping & Local Pickup

Orders may ship through USPS or UPS with tracking. Local pickup is available when shown at checkout.

Carrier delays, scans, and final delivery are outside our direct control once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless a product listing states otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email hello@southofsettled.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and, when the problem is on our end, provide a corrected item or store credit as appropriate.

We do not accept exchanges because the wrong size was ordered.

5. Intellectual Property

ASouth of Settled branding, original logos, original product photography, and original designs owned by South of Settled may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Rights in third-party artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property remain with their respective owners.
