Welcome to South of Settled, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing from our site, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Fulfillment

 

 

  • Every item is made-to-order. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated.
  • During big seasonal drops, processing may run closer to 10–14 business days.

 

2. Payments

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options offered at checkout.
  • Orders must be paid in full at time of purchase.


3. Shipping

  • We ship via USPS/UPS with tracking).
  • Local pickup is available at checkout if you’re nearby.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final (made-to-order).
  • If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email southofsettled@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll issue store credit or replace the item.
  • We do not accept exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and product images are the property of South of Settled. They may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

 

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers once your order has left our hands.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.
