South of Settled Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final (every piece is made-to-order). If we mess up (wrong size printed, damaged on arrival, or a quality issue), we’ll make it right:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email your order number + photos to southofsettled@outlook.com.
  • We’ll issue store credit or mail you a corrected item.
⚠️ Important:
  • We do not accept exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please double-check your size before completing checkout.
  • Sale items and gift cards are always final sale.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and fix the issue quickly.
