South of Settled Shipping Policy

• Processing Times
Most South of Settled apparel is made to order. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days before shipping unless a product listing or current announcement says otherwise.

During high-volume drops, holidays, custom work, or supplier delays, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we’ll communicate it as clearly as possible.

•Shipping & Tracking
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS with tracking. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours after the carrier accepts the package for tracking updates to begin appearing.

•Local Pickup
Local pickup is available when shown at checkout. You’ll receive a notification with pickup details once your order is ready.

•Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by USPS or UPS, carrier delays, delivery scans, and final delivery are outside our direct control.

If your tracking shows a problem, contact the carrier using your tracking number. You’re also welcome to contact us if you need help locating your tracking information.
