Processing Times

• All items are made-to-order. Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days before shipping.
• During big drops (like October Forever or holiday launches), processing may run 10–14 business days.
• We’ll always update the group/email if delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking.
• Shipping based upon weight..
• Local pickup: Available at checkout. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update once USPS/UPS has scanned the package.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

• We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by USPS/UPS once shipped.
• If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

 

International Shipping (Optional)

 

• Currently, we only ship within the U.S. (you can update this later if you expand).
